Texture packs

So I’m relatively new to nether games, I only have around 100 credits, I play on mpce, and I went to activate one of my texture packs, and noticed that it would not let me, and if someone could let me know that would b awesome, thx

In bedrock edition I don't think u can change texture pack while in a server or a world.

Go to Settings > Global Resources and it’s the middle button, tap that one then tap the texture pack you want to use and tap “Activate” then go out of the Settings menu. Wait about ten seconds and your texture/resource pack will load in. NOTE: You must do this whilst NOT in a server or any world, or it will not let you as @CombatCape90609 said.
