Hello everyone!

We're excited to announce two big new updates to NetherGames today - the long-awaited friends feature and an update to leaderboards and stats!

You can utilise the new Friends feature in the Social Menu - the item in the 2nd last slot of your hotbar while you're in the lobby.
Currently there is a limit of 10 friends for unranked players, while Ultra players are able to add 15, Emerald 20 and Legend 50. You can purchase these VIP ranks on our store (ngmc.co/store)
With this new feature, you are able to easily check whether your friends are online, and if so, have the ability to invite them to your party without using the Party menu or transfer to their server directly so you can play together (if you're on a different region, you may have to request transfer twice). If they're offline, you'll be able to see what server they were last seen on.
To add friends, simply send them a friend request by using the Social Menu or hit them with the Social Menu item. Please note that hitting to send others a friend request will only work if you are not in a party.

In regards to our stats update - we've updated the way leaderboards are displayed in-game. The main lobby (hub server) now has game-specific win leaderboards (Bedwars, Duels, Murder Mystery & SkyWars) like on the stats engine website:

The voters leaderboard has now been replaced by a leaderboard showing the players with the most credits.

In the distance, there are now 3 NPCs (2 at the time of writing due to a bug) on the pedestals in this new area called the "Hall of Fame":

The 3 players displayed are based on who has the most wins. Get grinding to have yourself up there so you can have bragging rights!
You can hit the 3 NPCs to get more detailed stats for these players.

On Factions, a similar "Hall of Fame" area has been created, showing the top 5 factions in terms of strength:

Like the NPCs in the main lobby, you can also hit these ones to get more information about the faction. You can still check the top 10 factions using the command /f top strength.

We hope you enjoy these updates!
Please let us know if you find any bugs by reporting them to #bugs on our Discord server (ngmc.co/d). If you have any feedback or ideas for the network, feel free to leave them in #suggestions on Discord or the Suggestions area of these forums.

Have fun!
